LMOND PASTRIES WITH SICILIAN LEMON-FLAVOURED CREAM

INGREDIENTS: Sugar, natural sweet ALMONDS (30%), almond preparation [sugar, white beans, SOY, blanched ALMONDS (10%), potato starch, rapeseed oil, apricot kernels, salt], hen EGG white, glucose-fructose syrup, honey, sweetening syrup [sweetener: sorbitol syrup, fructose], icing sugar [sucrose, maize starch], potato starch, candied orange [orange peel, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, acid: citric acid], humectant: sorbitol (E420), vanilla filling cream [sugar, glucose syrup, modified starch, stabilisers: agar-agar (E406), microcrystalline cellulose (E460i), carboxymethyl cellulose (E466); preservative: potassium sorbate (E202); flavourings, acidity regulator: lactic acid; colours: titanium dioxide (E171), carotenes (E160a); antioxidant: ascorbic acid (E300); salt], Sicilian lemon flavouring (0.1%).
