Rame di Napoli are delicious traditional Sicilian sweets, made with a soft, delicately spiced cocoa dough and coated in a rich, indulgent chocolate-flavoured glaze.
Available in two irresistible varieties: topped with crunchy chopped nuts or decorated with colourful sugar sprinkles.
A delightful combination of softness, intense cocoa flavour and authentic Sicilian tradition. Perfect for enjoying with coffee or treating yourself to a sweet moment of pleasure.
Ingredients – Dough: Type 00 soft WHEAT flour, finely crumbled biscuits [WHEAT flour (39%), sugar (42.5%), vegetable fats (sunflower, rapeseed in varying proportions), anhydrous MILK fat, MILK sugar, MILK proteins, BARLEY malt extract, raising agent (sodium hydrogen carbonate E500ii), emulsifier (E322), antioxidant (E306)], sugar, whole UHT cow's MILK, whole hen EGGS, vegetable margarine [non-hydrogenated vegetable oils and fats (80%): high-oleic sunflower oil, shea fat; water, emulsifier (mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids E471), salt (0.6%), acidity regulator (citric acid), flavourings], cocoa powder, raising agent (ammonium hydrogen carbonate E503ii), cinnamon, multifloral honey. Cocoa coating: Sugar, fractionated and fully hydrogenated vegetable fats (palm kernel), fat-reduced cocoa powder (23%), emulsifiers (SOYA lecithin, sorbitan tristearate E492), flavourings.
